International Day Pass
Have three lines on my plan. Two automatically switched to international day pass (as planned.) Third line did not and immediately began accumulating data charges. $150 before I noticed (not as planned.) Just arrived Europe yesterday. Trying to fix. Chat bot - can’t understand/fix the problem. Calls to customer service taken only during business hours U.S. central time. Seems no easy way to contact AT&T. Suggestions?

Use a US VPN, login to your account and add Day pass on the line yourself.
You can call about extra charges 1.314.925.6925 this number is free from AT&T mobile phone, 24/7 for travelers.

IDP should have been added automatically per AT&T info. Excerpt for See Details for the IDP page.
Adding to your line: Consumer customers: You can add International Day Pass (“IDP”) before you travel or AT&T will automatically add IDP to your line if (i) you have not added IDP and do not have another international feature on your line; and (ii) you use an eligible smartphone while traveling in an IDP country not included in your domestic rate plan. If we add IDP to your line, we will send you an SMS. Once added, IDP will stay on your line until you remove it at att.com/myatt or by calling 866-815-9235
