International Day Pass Automatically turned on starting sometime in June. I have been living abroad for almost 3 years, and not using it.

I recently noticed that my bill increased by $100/mo starting in June...  I looked and it is international Day pass....   I have a phone connected for wifi calling to receive txt messages for my banks and other who need a USA phone to call and verify my accounts....   I called support and they only refunded me $100.00 and said sorry about the rest of the money......   What can I do?    Thank You   Walt

We'll be happy to clarify how this feature was added to your account @WHB161.

International Day Pass is automatically added when our system detects a device abroad being used without an international feature, so that you won’t be charged at pay-per-use rates. You should have received a text message to let you know we were adding it and how to remove International Day Pass. If you choose to remove International Day Pass, make sure to have data roaming turned off on your device, or you’ll pay international pay-per-use rates.

To remove International Day Pass, go to att.com/myatt (select the line, then Features) or call our international support team at +1.314.925.6925.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community.

WiFi call could already have been activated on your account. It charges $10 a day, up to $100 per bill cycle, only when international service is used.

You should check to make sure nothing has changed with you phone's settings or your WiFi.
