International data plan never worked on my vacations and I'am billed for...
On March 12, 2020 I called customer service to add the international plan. The lady on customer service added the plan and told me when I arrived to my destination I just need to turn on my phone and automatically I'll received a text message confirming I was using the international data plan and nothing will change on my plan. on March 13 I got to my destination, turned my phone on didn't received no text message and that's when my nightmare started. I started receiving text messages of my overcharged of data , called customer service told the situation customer rep. agreed that I requested the int. plan because he saw the notes and I'll not be charged for any overuse data. Saturday I had my data plan deactivated called cust service again they told me my data was activated again never worked called Sunday they told me they activate the plan again, but the data plan never worked. I left on Monday never had service on my vacations. Got back to USA and I wasn't able to use my phone because I didn't have service. Went to a ATT store and Ms. Debra in Waterford Lakes in Orlando Florida told me to wait for my bill because there was nothing she can do even when she saw all the notes. She advise to go to the store because was the best way to resolve the situation. Today (04/04/2020) I went to the Waterford Lakes in Orlando Florida and the rep who apparently was in charged told me to call or chat because my situation wasn't urgent and they were only taking care of first responders. While i'm typing this I've been 38 minutes waiting for a customer rep on the phone. I'll be waiting for a solution.
