International Charges on my last two Bills
I have this account for the last 9 years and I blocked any International calls to be made on this account. in the last 9 years the system had a Glitch and by mistake charged me once or twice but after speaking to the Rep. they were adjusted.
the last two months statements I received one Bill with over $255 and the 2nd Bill over with $39 when I spoke to the Reps they were very rude and unprofessional. I requested to speak to a Manager or supervisor and was told they are not available and someone will call you ( First call I was told someone will call within 48 Hours and it never happened / the 2nd call I was told 5 to 8 days and someone called my Shop and was told I am with a customer and never called again but intergiated my employee who answered the phone to see if I have the Authority to cancel the account) I was an AT&T customer since the 90's with different accounts and never had a problem with AT&T which wasn't solved accept these two calls. I regret to inform you that I moved to another carrier because of this and if I am not contacted personally to adjust the overcharge, I will dispute the two invoices with my Credit Card Company.
