Insurance deductible return
Had phone stolen by kids, found it cancelled new phone & claim 6-2-2014 trying to get $125.00 deductible back. Asurance Ins says sent ot AT&T 7/31-will take 2 months to show on bill.
After many calls & many explanations - latest - approved 10/31/2014 - will take 1-2 months to reflex on my bill. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO SOLVE THIS. 6 months ridiculous -still not resolved & now my bill is overdue for $125.00
