Installment Plan for Free Device
Earlier this year my husband and I did buy one Samsung Watch get another free if we added a new line. I recently looked at my bill and noticed we are still being charged for the other watch's installment plan. Has anyone else had that issue and was At&t able to address it?

AT&T is going to bill you for the free device; you will receive billing credits for each month of the installment. This will start around the 3rd billing cycle and you will continue to receive the credits as long as there is an active installment plan.
