Installment payment

Hello,
We recently upgraded one of our phone lines and it shows on our current bill that we are now making installment payments on 3 phones instead of 2. A payment was made on the day of the upgrade, so why are we still being charged for the other phone?

Let's look into those additional installment charges for you, @Master_mousie_ears06!

 

Please be advised that those charges could be the result of the following:

  • The activation fee is a one-time charge to activate a device on a new line of service.
  • The upgrade fee is a one-time charge to upgrade an existing line of service for a new device.
