In a different country

I need to suspend my cellular plan since I no longer need it because I am back in my home country due to corona virus, and I cannot pay my fee either because I lost my job in the US and I try to chat w someone everyday but they’re never available and I need this resolved immediately before my next billing date. Can someone please help me with this that knows what they’re doing?

@ATTHelp I have tried to chat with a representative for a week and I still have not been able to reach anyone, it’s very frustrating and no that number is not working every time I do it it says call failed. So can someone email me or something? I cannot pay and my autopay is about to be on the 8th.
