IMO via BestBuy

I've followed all the steps I can, which is none. I click the Link for the IMO Portal and it says "Page Not Found". The link I used was: https://www.e-access.att.com/couext/external/IMO/accessRequest.cfm and this is the link that won't work. Does anyone have another link that I can use so I can get it all set up?

Just to confirm, are you using the IMO Access Request page? If so, what exactly is happening on your end when you try to open the page? With more specific details about what you're seeing, we'll be better positioned to assist you.

Hello, 

ive also just got enrolled for the at&t discount for working at best buy, and im having the same issue with the website that is provided for us to go on to sign up for an id. Using that same access page itll give me a page not found error as well.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query, and let us guide you on how to access IMO Portal.  

 

IMO eligible employees must request an Access ID prior to logging in to the IMO Support Site to enroll. IMO Access ID's can be requested by:

(https://www.e-access.att.com/cou/external/#/IMO/accessRequest)

 

Once the Access Request has been submitted, a ticket number will be provided. You will receive an approval email to confirm. If you do not confirm the email your request will not be forwarded to processing. You will need your AT&T Dealer Code to begin the process. Reach out to your manager for the Dealer Code.

My issue is that I’m a Best Buy employee not AT&T so I don’t have a dealer code, on the paper I was given acknowledging that I am able to do 50% off now has a little code at top called a job code. I tried filling out that form with a job code and it didn’t work is there a different link?

that’s a different discount than the one I’m looking for however I did just activate that one on my account but anyways, for Best Buy on our elearning network app we fill have an accommodation for AT&T and or Verizon where we get 50% off up to 4 lines on any plan. I have all the papers for it, the job code my store number the only issue is that the imo link that is provided for us is out of date saying page cannot be found, the original person in the forum above was having the same issue accessing the same page “imo access request page”

Hey@alexcr1. We understand that you are unable to access the IMO page as it is giving an error saying "Page not found". No worries, we are here to help you.

 

We would suggest checking the same link in any other browser and in incognito mode. Because the link does work. If you are still having trouble accessing the page please wait for sometime and then try again.

So even if I’m a best but employee only and not an AT&T employee will I still have a AT&T dealer code? I understand that link works, but that’s not the same link that I was told to go through. We would like to inform you that only AT&T employees can get the dealer code for IMO. You would have to be an AT&T employee in order to get the Dealer code.
