IMO Discount Ticket
Still waiting on a response from my IMO Enrollment ticket number ****. My discount was removed last month and I'm an employee for Best Buy. I am disappointed because my bill is now past due and I refuse to pay until the issue is resolved.

So you refuse to pay your bill because of a discount? Its past due so when it does get shut off you will have to pay the bill in full to get it turned back on plus any restoral fees? Doesn't make sense to me financially. Just pay the bill and deal with the discount while still being able to enjoy your programming.
