IMO Discount inactive, work for Best Buy
I am a Best Buy mobile sales consultant and sell/activate AT&T phones almost daily. My IMO discount recently stopped and I am concerned as to why. I cannot afford the full cost without discount and really hope this will be rectified before it affects my next bill.
The site tells me to reach out to my ATT field account representative, which as far as I or my manager knows, we do not have.
I would really appreciate any help and or insight into this.
