I'm on a group plan when I'm the only line

I've called multiple times to ask about this and haven't gotten anywhere. I have it screenshotted on my phone and am paying over 100 dollars for just myself. When I ask about how I can possibly be on this "group plan" they don't really give me an answer. I've tried doing the chat..end up waiting for 15 minutes and then get directed to another screen without even being helped. I'm getting frustrated.

All plans are group plans whether there is only one line or multiple. However, over $100 for one line is high unless you also have a phone payment. What plan do you have?

The only ‘solo’ option is prepaid, which doesn’t allow installments and greatly reduces roaming options.  
All postpaid plans are ‘group/multiline’ ready.  And the price in the ads is correct.
