I need Customer Service Call Transcripts

They record 4% of all calls and those are not available to the public. They are also not for confirmation of what was said. 

Calls are recorded at random for quality and training purposes only. Any recordings are the property of AT&T. 

I've already filed a complaint with the BBB so it's really not a big deal if I get them or not, but I'm tired of being lied to buy customer service, charged for services I do not have, and treated the way this company has treated me since I switched to them. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in an Emergency Room so that's saying a lot lol

Well I need a record of every time I was lied to and if they don't want to give me the records I'm sure they will give them to the BBB

No, they won’t give anything to the BBB. The BBB doesn’t do anything except pass your complaint to ATT which will result in someone from corporate contacting you.

🤦🏼‍♀️.  Maybe it's something in the water.

@connielynn13 Not going to happen. The BBB has no power to make them do anything. They just literally pass your complaint on.
