i need a way to get in contact with higher ranking AT&T management to fix my account and to stop the thievery.

I feel honestly as if i have worked harder to keep atts service rather than be appreciated and retained by att. It feels almost as if att just doesnt want my business and i couldn't begin to think why.

As i stated the the information provided from your records is what i used to get my calculations but to reiterate even those are wrong. I am being over charged on a monthly basis in a regular situation. This is far from regular. Let me try to explain.

Your billing has been incorrect but from lack of energy to try to have it fixed i have just continued to pay it knowing it was incorrect because as you can see getting anything done in the customers favor is gnarly impossible. My bill should be $324 a month and yes usually it carries a $7 late fee every month so $331 a month. Simply dividing what i have paid over the course of 12 month not including any credits i have been paying $460 a month over the previous years. Over the course of the last 6 months however it has been almost a $1000 a month. Once more i have even paid these outrages numbers and still cant seem to keep from being disconnected.

Thank you but I don’t expect anyone to be able to fix it only point me in the right direction and hopefully eliminate the time wasted with people thinking I haven’t done my research. Also hoping someone smarter than me or a lawyer might see it and get Somthing started

Are you on a fixed data plan? Or older unlimited data plan?

And paying for phones on each line?

Do you have a dedicated hotspot?

A few times it's clear you paid so late the bill is for previous and current month.  That's a problem.  Not only late fees,  but suspension and restore fees.

So part of this is on you.   You can't say you should have a 336 bill,  not pay for 3 months,  and not expect it to be 1000

The more I look at your spread sheet,  the more it looks like youve been behind on the bill since day one.

If you look at the bottom of the spread sheet or do the math yourself you will see that even using what they say by bill was and totaling up all of the charges they claim are valid I still have over paid that amount by a $897 and they still have be shut off. That’s there numbers, mine seems much much worse but the point is regardless of what is correct and what is not, I paid more than they even charged and am (Edited per community guidelines) off

Also there is no 3 or even 2 months without payment, do you honestly think they would let you go 3 months without paying your bill. They shut you off that day come on now be serious.

BTW,  you left columns with 334.90 and 502.40 out of your total billing.  That accounts for most of your difference.

I would recommend you do your spreadsheet over and make sure that you include all of your charges on one side of your spreadsheet and all of your payments on the other

The Columns with your late fees and the column right next to it with I'm guessing 45 dollars and 70 cents approximately is for what insurance? Taxes? Whatever those amounts are you have excluded them from your totals of $5,523.45. A correct total is $6,360.75

Which is less than $100 away from what you say you have paid of $6,420.99

I based my comment upon your spreadsheet which shows several months where you show zeros in the payment column. And you are also showing substantial amounts in what I think is the late payment column so I assume you were charged to reconnect fee.

Why does the line number 2730 have huge changes in the amount that it is billed?     Is that normal and expected?
