I paid $300.00 & they want me to pay $408.11 for a bill that they are supposed to minimize the cost since we are on SOCIAL SECURITY disability and food stamps we both have very poor health I already reported it too SOCIAL SECURITY, and I trusted this company I am about to say screw it its not worth it that much.

I don't know where you're getting the idea that AT&T is supposed to minimize your bill because you are on social security and disability?
Service and phones cost the same for everyone. If you are eligible for the affordable Care program, that takes $30 off your service bill and may permit you to buy a low cost phone up to $100 I think for free.
I don't know what the $300 and the $408 are for, if they are for multiple months of service, AT&T is entitled to request that you pay your bill.
Can you explain why you think the bill is not correct?
If you qualify for ACP you could have gotten a inexpensive phone for free, and you could be on the $30 prepaid plan for free. One per household and you have used the term we which means one of you would have to pay for service and a phone.

You should be looking at your AT&T bill. All you're showing me is bill payments.
What does your AT&T bill say? What period of time are you being charged for? How many phone lines, or other services are you being charged for?
If what you are being billed by AT&T does not match deductions taken out of your checking account or charge to your credit card then maybe this is a case of identity theft and has nothing to do with AT&T?
As I say often, read the bill. AT&T bills are very detailed until you what every single charge is for. A flat $300 payment is unusual. The only time a flat amount like that would be charged is if you were required to put a deposit on service or equipment.
