I cannot afford to pay bill due to new disability

I had a life changing event and that caused me to go on disability. I cannot afford my usual bill and do not know what to do. I am on a contract until 2025. Can I get some feedback on what to do and who to talk to? My service was/is suspended.

You should call Billing BEFORE your bill is due and see if you can works something out with them. If your service is now suspended due to non-payment then you need to pay the balance off before service can be restored.
