I cannot access my pay my bill

less then one month ago i assumed my mothers acct now even though I can log on to my acct I am stuck in an endless loop as soon as I log on I get directed to AT&T TV a service we had and cancelled over 6 months ago I cant get out of it I call 611 get sent a link that no longer works i opt for live chat and it just contines to spin (load) for ever. Now i can see why my mother quit  AT&T its frustrating as (Edited per community guidelines) to get nowhere
