I cancelled the severe but the bill is charged.

I paid my bill autopay until this March but I am not in USA now and won't be go ther

in long time so I cancelle

my service since March. But the bill of April was charged and I got the mail that bill for May will also charged.

I tried to log in the website or thought the app but somehow it doesn't work.

I think probably I'm not currently in the USA ...

How can I fix this problem?

Accounts are blocked from access outside of the US and don't roam out of the US except for a couple countries, your only option is to call the international support number or cancel your credit or debit card that is used to pay your phone

@Constructive

I just worry that I keep getting the mail from At&T about my bills and last month bill was also charged this month. And I cannot log in the atnt website or app, If I just cancel my credit card, is there any possible that another bill will charge to me?

if prepaid and you cancel your card there are no more charges, the account just closes itself out and cancels

How did you "turn off". If you turned the auto-pay switch within your prepaid account to off before leaving the US, there should have been no more refills taken from your method of payment.
Prepaid does not have a bill, only a payment reminder or an auto pay refill notice.
Yes cancelling your credit or debit card used to make your refill would stop the payments and your account would terminate on its own without any penalty
