I buy the iPhone that still on carrier lock status and I live in Thailand.
I want to do carrier unlock for this iPhone or do something. I don’t know where is AT&T agent in Thailand. Your unlock website told me that I have to pay off the installments before request for carrier unlock. And I have no idea who is the contact sign with you. How can I make a payment and request for carrier unlock.

AT&T doesn't provide service in Thailand, so you won't find an agent. You cannot pay the remaining installment. Only the original buyer can do that.
If you can use it, great. But it will not be unlocked.

Hello @jamweza,
Thanks for posting. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment from you concerning a third party sale to unlock your device. Please contact the seller for assistance with the device payoff, or a refund.

You can’t. If you can’t get the seller to pay it off, it’s locked to AT&T, period.
Sell it on eBay *as permanently locked to AT&T* to recoup some of your money.

I can use it via rsim that is hiding my local sim from IC detection. But I want it to be unlock. Does the period that you say have the expired date? I live in Thailand so that I can’t find the AT&T agent or partner here. So I can’t pay the payment installation or contact something. If you know pls, tell me.

@jamwezathere is no expire date hence @MicCheck statement permanently locked to at&t so its forever locked

You mean, I should ask for refund from the 3rd party company right? Do you have anything to support me for refund?
