I asked for a 1 month mobile internet for a hotspot, but they charged my credit card again
Hi, last month (12 March) on a trip to the US, I bought a 1-month use internet chip.
This was to use on a 3G mobile hotspot while I traveled around.
Today, I was charged on my credit card for it again.
I don't have an account, AT&T phone number, or any email from the purchase.
I want to believe the salesman made a mistake, and not that an AT&T salesman took advantage of some tourists.
I live in Chile, and I want to end the service that I didn't ask for.
