I am getting someone else's bills by email

I am getting someone else's bills by email. I spent hours a month ago with AT&T (on hold and talking to various people) and was told they couldn't tell me more than to confirm it was an account which wasn't mine and that they would contact the owner of the other account. I just received another set of emails about this person's account (bill reminder and payment confirmation). I don't want to spend another few hours on the phone for this. Can you please fix it?

You can’t fix it. No one here can either. Only the account owner can change their email address. If ATT did actually contact them but they still haven’t updated their email, there is nothing anyone can do. Calling again would be pointless. You just need to ignore those emails.
