HYLA TRADE IN ISSUE SINCE OCTOBER 2023
Omg… y’all comment is 3 yrs ago, and unfortunately it’s still happening. I have been calling HYLA customer care loyalty dept or retention dept, nothing case after case and nothing they can do. Att has my trade in phone telling me that I shipped it back late but then again I shipped 3 other trade ins and getting credit for those. I have been a customer for over a decade and this is how they repay loyalty customer. Mind you this when trade in a device for iPhone 14 pro max it’s worth $1000, and they won’t do anything or return my device back which is iPhone 11 Pro Max 512mb. Is porting out or cutting this company out the only way, I really hate to do all that work but if there is really nothing this company can do mind as well port to Verizon.

Do you have the counter receipt from the post office proving that the phone was brought to the post office and mailed on time?
Keep in mind that there would no longer be any tracking information available online so if you do not have proof, at&t has to go by what info they do have.
