How to lower my bill
My bill for tv, internet, & phone is higher than neighbors. How can I reduce it?

This is a public, customer populated forum, it is not AT&T chat. Probably just as well because I have never seen anyone entirely happy with chat actually lowing their bill they usually just talk them into buying new stuff which makes the bill go up.
Since you have posted in Wireless I'll start with the wireless portion of your bill. In order to lower your cell phone bill, look at the current plans and see if there's one that's cheaper. If there isn't anything cheaper, look at your bill details and see what you can cut. I always tell people to cut the fat. Cut next up, insurance, any additional add-ons that are being billed to your account. Call and cancel watch or tablet lines.
In order to lower your TV and internet bill, again cut the fat. If you're paying for premium channels cancel them. Or discuss with AT&T by calling them and ask them what is the cost of unlimited internet data and possibly canceling your TV package entirely and going streaming only

This forum is not customer support. No one here can see your bill so no way to tell how to lower it. In general, the only ways to lower your bill are to 1) pay off phones, 2) get rid of any unneeded extras like insurance or Next Up, 3) get rid of any unneeded lines or 4) change to a less costly plan. Number 4 could apply to any of those bundled services.

Please stop. It is clear you don't understand what this forum is for or how it works. You cannot cancel anything here
The only way to make changes to your internet or TV account is to call AT&T.
If you need to cancel lines off of your wireless account you need to call AT&T.
I recommend you know what you are canceling before you call or you'll make a mess you didn't intend.
