How to cancel Amazon Music from our At&T account

We are being charged $7.25 per month for Amazon Music that we have never used and do not want to be charged for it. We have tried several times to cancel it with At&t and no one knows what we are talking about or how to cancel it. Please help! Let us know what information is needed to complete this task.

Hi @heybaw,

Thank you for reaching out. We'd like to take a closer look into your Amazon Music subscription management attempt.

While we understand that many features and add-ons make your experience even richer, it is also important to have control over them. Please review this great article on how to manage mobile purchases and subscriptions.

It contains the step by step guide on how to add or cancel subscriptions, in addition to getting refund for unauthorized purchases.

We hope this helps and please reach back if you need further assistance.

This is no help

at all!! I am having the same issue. I canceled AT&T in 2019 and I have been charged for Amazon music unlimited since then. I cannot login to AT&T to manage my subscriptions. No one at AT&T can find this account but I am being charged every single month through AT&T. Help please!!

It should be possible to cancel that service simply by visiting the Account Settings section of your Amazon account. Additionally, if you're an AT&T Unlimited and paid AT&T WatchTV customer you will need to sign on to your AT&T WatchTV account from a web browser.

You cannot. The Amazon music unlimited is billed third party through AT&T. ATT must cancel it, Amazon (nor myself) can cancel. I have lots of screenshots and transcripts from Amazon to show that this is an ATT issue, not Amazon.

Additionally, WatchTV is no longer supported and my account is defunct, I have no way of logging in.
