How Late Can you Make a payment without being cut off?

My wireless bill is due on 7-31-2016. But I will not have the money until 8-12/16. That is 11 days past the due date. Will my phone be cut off if I cannot pay until the 12th? i dont know how to make an arrangement. Can I get some help with this? Thanksl.

Hey @Bromley.Daniel!

I definitely apologize for that confusion! I can totally walk you through setting up a payment arrangement on the account to avoid service interruption.

For additional information and to learn more about making a payment arrangement, you can click on Make a late payment arrangement through the AT&T website.

  • By making a late payment arrangement, you commit to paying your bill after your due date. A late fee may apply, and you may receive collection notices.
  • If you don't pay on the date you've agreed, your wireless service may be suspended immediately, and a reconnection fee may be charged.
  • If you've selected a payment date that falls after your bill due date, you can change the date, payment amount, or payment method. You won’t be able to cancel the payment.

Payment arrangements do require a few general requirements, to check if you qualify for a payment arrangement please refer to the article listed above.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us! We are here to help. Have an awesome day and an amazing weekend!
