How else can I pay my bill having problem on line

site getting upgraded and causing insanity to access acct.

If I pay any other way besides on line there is an extra charge.  I am avoiding that and I have been able to do this but with my digital life when I get in it goes to spinning log off and I can't get to point to set up payment.  I have been a customer since 1989 and I am getting upset with the on line issues.  So please help me to get into my digital life acct on line........

I am trying to set up my account to pay my bill and have been unsuccessful in doing so. Is there a number I can use or can I get assistance in setting it up correctly.

It seems everyone is asking the same questions and you are not giving valid answers. 

am I missing a step? I don't see any responses.

Trying to pay is garbage. They make it impossible to pay and are opening their hand for your cash
