How do I file a complaint where someone actually tries to resolve it???

I spent an entire day yesterday trying to solve a billing issue I have where I’m being billed an extra $100/mo and I got nothing but put on hold and transferred FOR HOURS! I know the issue and nobody even tried to help me, only transfer me to another person that would make me repeat everything only to transfer me yet again. I’m beyond frustrated now and ready to take legal action.

You can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. If they can’t or won’t resolve, no one will.
