How can you talk to a person?

My account is being billed erroneously, and there is no option to talk to a human anywhere on the website, and there is no way to call in and talk to a person. AT&T support is apparently non-existent!

All their contact information is clearly listed on their website.

The phone system is now automated only, there is no way to go on hold or get a callback.

It is not only automated. Just select the options that fit your needs to get to the correct department or say representative.

And phone numbers are probably in your phone's contact list under 'At&t service contacts'
And I believe all carriers universally use 611

( but you could figure out how to create an account here in login? 🤔)

If any of those options actually worked, I would not be posting here. (Edited per community guidelines)ty responses like lockdown and lizdance highlight the problems with AT&T, laziness, rudeness and apathy.

Neither of those responses were rude or lazy and @lizdance40 is not an ATT employee. Clearly thousands of customers speak to an agent daily. Their phone system may be difficult but just because you can’t figure out how to get to an agent doesn’t mean it’s not possible. If you are tired of trying to call, file an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you.
