How can I view and pay my final bill?
I paid off my installment plan on 01.08.20 and cancelled services on 01.09.20. My billing cycle has ended on the 18th of each month for the past 10 years. Last payment was auto-drafted on 12.25.19 for the 11.19.19-12.18.19 services. I SHOULD have a final bill for 12.19.19-01.18.20 but I can not seem to view it. No clue if my auto pay will still be drafted on the 25th to pay this "unknown" bill??
How do you go about viewing and paying your final bill once services are cancelled? I would like to see this bill since my installment plan was paid prior to the end date, to make sure the amount charged/owed reflects that installment plan payoff. It should not be this hard to view and pay a bill!

Once you cancel service, you lose online access. Your final bill is mailed to you and still follows your regular bill cycle. If your bill cycle ended 1/19, your bill hasn’t even been generated yet. It should be generated in 1 or 2 more days. You should get it 5-7 business days after that.

I need my final billing statement mailed I have several times and I always get a promise but no action, feed up with at&t

@cynthiapride6 This forum is not customer support. No one here can send you your bill. Once again, your final bill is mailed. How how long ago did you cancel?

Cancelled Directv two weeks ago because you charged me for premium channels that I never wanted. I told you that when you signed me up for them (HBO) and you said "Don't worry, its free!" I even told you if you charge me, I'm gone. Well I'm gone but just got another 177.00 bill but can't get to it on line. I want to see a FULL list of DIRECTV only Charges as of today. My online account says I have a 5.00 balance!
