How can I talk to a representative?????

I received a bill for an Ipad with service under my name and for my address, but it's not mine!!! Help!

Did you actually receive the iPad or was it an invoice stating that if this is not yours, please contact........ I get invoices every now and then for apps for my iPad that I did not order. The clue for me is that they list my browser as Chrome, but I don't use chrome. I just ignore them. If the invoice is tied to a credit card, then contact the credit card company directly and see if there really is a charge on your account. Do not use any links in the invoice.
