How can I contact Att if my service is disconnected??
I paid my bill this weekend, and today my service is off. I cannot contact a real person and 611 is useless!

Att lies. Say Wont shut off during pandemic will work with you. NO they don't. (Edited to remove personal information) paid 450 freaking dollars and you shut them off???!!! Very bad customer service!!! Now you want more money. Well think he needs no phone co that doesn't lie shut people after they pay money!!!!
