Horrible

I have been a customer since ‘04. I’ve been dealing with dropped calls for a year. Tech support, advanced tech support, and reps at a store couldn’t fix the issue. All departments/people I spoke with have told me it can’t be fixed. My account is current, but I tried to get this months bill (Dec 2020) waived for my troubles. Only to be told no. Why should I continue paying for your flawed service? Why should I continue being a customer? No one has helped! In fact, most of your employees were incompetent. Shame on you, AT&T! I’m going to deter anyone I can from choosing you

If there’s not reliable service where your at then another provider may be in your best interest. They don’t waive bills

Have you experienced dropped calls EVERY TIME you make a call? Asking for one months bill to be waived is not beyond reproach. I live in Las Vegas, cell service is not an issue. At$t can’t fix the technical issues they caused. And yes, I’m taking my service elsewhere

You shouldn't! Find a provider that works, for crying out loud! It's been a year; if it's not fixed by now, nothing's going to change. Find a carrier that works and pay them.
