horrible service and problem still not solved

I decided to give a contract device a try and have not been satisfied to the least. To give only the most important details, I made a family plan and since I always wanted an s series I bought the certified like new( can't beat free). I bought the red version and the white version of the s4. Per website details any phone ordered before 4pm ct is to be proccesed and shipped out the very next day. A few hours later I get an email saying that part of my order is shipped. then I get another saying the same thing but with less details and if you where to look at it, you would think that both were shipped. The next day the red s4 comes through fedx. I would've been happy but that isn't my phone. I check the website and it says my phone is processing. A few days later i check again and now it says I have an estimated shipping date of 7/7/14-7/9/14. I call customer service to find out what's going and the woman says that the phone is backordered.  I call everyday and check the website to find out whats going on and all i get is that it is back ordered and should be shipping soon. (I check the website and periodically the phone is still available for shipping: ironic right?)When 7/9/14 hits I call once more to find out whats going on. The rep tells me that the phone is still backordered and gives me the option of changing my order because now it's been over a week. I tell her that I really don't want to because at this point I'm thinking about cancelling my service completely, So i ask if I change it out now will it ship out soon. She says yes I will add overnight to it and that you should have the black version by tomorrow 7/10/14. Order was placed around 1pm ct. the 10th comes around and still nothing to be seen from the guy in the purple shirt. I call once more and explaining my concerns about paying for a whole bill and i only have one phone. she tells me that it will be pro-rated, I accept that and hang up the phone. I go to check the website and notice estimated shipping from 7/14/14-7/16/14, making it a complete two weeks from the original order if it takes that long. today 7/11/14 i call once more to find out more details and the only thing i get is it is still in processing.

 

Is there anything I can do or att that will make feel important and that they deserve my service.

No the problem wasnt solved byt att at all. I needed to cancel that order and buy the phone from a different source.
