Horrible customer service
I've had the worst customer experience by At&t employees, supervisors and managers. I finally asked to speak to a director on the matter (9/9) and I'm still waiting for a call back. Is this really how AT&T does business?

Not typically, no.
If you are asking for something impossible, it might account for the problem.
You can run the problem by the community to get an idea what to expect.
Call back is very unlikely. More likely to get a response within 48 hours if you send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.

It might help if you tell us what the issue is. Honor what exactly. If you didn't hear it from a manager then don't assume what an agent said is set in stone

@Gamboa
I don't want to predict the worst, but verbal promises do not over-ride an existing contract.
And the recording says may be recorded...
What is it that you were requesting?
