I called to get a phone for my fiance I was told there was a better deal for a new, free phone.  Turns out there is no free phone deal it is a trade-in deal and I dot have a trade-in sorry nothing we can do buyer beware I was told.  Now I'm on the hook for 3 years of payments.  And they were going to charge me 200 dollars for starters on this free phone. I couldn't return.  To make up for it the rep wants to enroll me in autopay, I said I don't get paid for a week later. I'm told ok.  Next month I get a notice autopay is taking money. I call the money is refunded and I'm supposed to be unenrolled in autopay.  the next month the same thing I notice Autopay taking the money I call first st they refuse to do anything then Autopay is stoped and the money is supposed to be refunded.  now I've spent hours on the phone Hung up on left on hold told I would be called back and nothing has been done.  They still took my money and I have to pay the charges at the bank and jump through hoops to get it back. Now I'm a Very unhappy soon as I get out of the mess that They have me in or another company offers to buy me out me and my five-lines and 15 years of payments are gone

We'd be sad to see you go @rayco.

We understand that you have gone through many frustrating experiences and are here to help where we can.

To point us in the right direction:

  • What plan are you currently on?
  • When did you accept the deal for the new device?
  • What is the make and model for the device that you received?
  • Do you currently have any other AT&T services combined with your wireless service?

For AutoPay please confirm that it is currently deactivated in your myAT&T wireless account. Depending on your plan, the general price you pay monthly would increase with those discounts removed.

Thank you for your years of service. We hope to hear back from you soon.
