Help

Hi I was just wondering was the late fees are and how long the phone stays in service after the supposed paid due date ? Please help me , ThankYou

I’d be happy to help with your question!

 

The late fee that is applied is a set $5 charge. This is detailed on every bill. There is not a set timeframe before service will be suspended after the due date. It may occur at any time after the account becomes past due.

 

If you are unable to make a payment by the due date, you may wish to make use of our Payment Arrangement options. Click here for more information regarding payment arrangements!
