Help with payment

I am currently on medical leave due to a car accident I return to work after healing just don’t have the funds until I go back to work considering I make tips

AT&T does not help you with payment. Your choices are very limited. You can make late payment arrangements in your online account before your bill is due. You simply log in and go to the bill payment section and one of the options is late payment arrangements. The computer system offers you some dates to split your payment. Please pay on time or your service will be suspended. Customer support cannot override the computerized late payment system. If you ask them they will tell you what you want to hear. It will not change what is permitted by the computerized system so there's no point in calling to ask.

If you are already past due there's nothing you can do. If you cannot make any payments then you likely will be suspended..

Once you're suspended you have 60 days to pay everything due to a zero balance in order to restore service. If you cannot pay in under 60 days your account will be closed and go to collections
