Had a payment arrangement agreement for 6/12

My service is shut off today when I made an arrangement for 6/12. I initially scheduled it for june 3 and changed it to june 12 which i have the confirmation. My ss will be in my account on 6/12 and my pt job at a golf course wasn't started soon enough to get it in on 6/3 which is wht I said the 12th. I am very upset with this customer for almost 2 years. What happened to at&t helping during the outbreak.
