Gophone: really bad experience today! ATT please HELP!
Today I got a message that my Gophone did not renew.
On Saturday I got a text saying that I was all set because I had AutoPay
Yesterday I did not get anything.
Today I got a text saying that my plan did not renew.
I logged in and:
- enabled AutoPay again, just in case
- did an extra payment of $45 (+ $2.54 the extra fees)
Then checked my credit card logs and noticed a $42.26 charge (still pending) on 09/29.
