Going around in circles with AT&T for FAM discount, been a year and I still can't get it applied correctly or credit for the 9 months
Changed from the 30gig wireless plan to the Unlimted one. I'm entitled under my FAM code for a discount off the service AND $10 a line. I've got 5 lines. 9 Months of calling, getting US and foreign call centers and everyone keeps saying they will fix and nothing ever gets completed. In the mean time, it's been 9 months and I've lost hundreds of dollars in discounts and no one seems to care. How do i get an actual person in the US, that will listen ( not read from a script), pay attention to what I'm saying and actually LOOK at the documentation and help get this sorted out. Frustrated in ATL

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your AT&T Internet service for any reason within 14 days of activation without paying an Early Termination Fee (ETF). You're responsible for all fees and charges incurred through cancellation and must return any leased equipment. If you cancel after 14 days and are subject to a term commitment, you must pay service fees and other charges incurred, including an ETF.

You've not mentioned what you've tried to get the FAN discount added?
You're mentioning a script (like the person isn't with you) but that they're not looking at the documentation.
For a FAN discount with the current unlimited plans, it's either a discount (25%) or Premium/Elite for the price of Extra which for 5 lines would be $10, but it varies on the number of lines.
