Global IMO Discount

Hi, I currently work for a tech company and am enrolled in the IMO discount.  Last month, July 2022, my discount was not applied, it was about $98.10 dollars more and AT&T charged me.  I spent about 5 hours on the phone with about 15 different employees to try to get this corrected to no avail on 7/15 & 7/18.  They gave me a case # and said someone would call me in 1-2 days, but no one ever did.  I also checked the IMO portal, to make sure everything was good and enrolled, and it was.  On 7/16 I got an email from the IMO portal to verify my work email address and I had until 8/15/22 to verify, but I did it that same day.  Today, I've been on the phone since 3pm, speaking to 8 different representatives and I'm trying not to lose my patience.  I'm currently still holding to now speak to a manager, but I've been waiting for 25 minutes.  This is very frustrating, can someone please help me resolve this matter.

We definitely understand how frustrating it could be to not have your Global IMO discount applied to your account, @kr_sosa.

Hi! Thanks for getting back to me! I contacted a separate support team from the IMO portal, it took a few days but this was fixed today! It was a glitch on their end! Thank you very much for your help!
