Gift cards
I had an in home specialist come to my house and gave me a great offer switching from verizon to att and a promise my bill would be $197 a month for 3 change over phones and 1 free phone and that I would receive a $750 gift card in the mail for switching. However this never happened. I received $250 gift card and no credits to my account and i cannot even get in contact with the rep. Who came to my house. His name was James Quintana and we changed over service November 21, 2019. I am really upset about this and want it resolved. He said the last time we talked his manager would handle it and i have not heard anything.

Hello,
Was it a gift card per line if you only got $250 and had three lines switched? Like maybe the other two lines weren’t redeemed? Check with reward center and reference that you had an “in home” representative set you up and explain the offer. It might be a special offer through that channel and not something in retail or online. Here’s the reward center info to get in contact:
