Gift cards

I had an in home specialist come to my house and gave me a great offer switching from verizon to att and a promise my bill would be $197 a month for 3 change over phones and 1 free phone and that I would receive a $750 gift card in the mail for switching. However this never happened. I received $250 gift card and no credits to my account and i cannot even get in contact with the rep. Who came to my house. His name was James Quintana and we changed over service November 21, 2019. I am really upset about this and want it resolved. He said the last time we talked his manager would handle it and i have not heard anything.

How many line you have? You made a trade in? Regular the reward card are from 100 to 300 for reward, 750 maybe are in credits for get phone line, that rep maybe a dealer they Sometimes have exclusive reward but never heard a big has you mention my recomendation its check your bill if appear a type of promo in't or call att to 1 800 288 2020 to review if any promo in account

I had 3 lines currently that were ported over to att and 1 phone activated for fee for a total of 4 lines now. 3 phones were traded in.

Now att had a trade in offer that if your actual phone had the value of 60 bucks and you trade in with a por-in in a NEW line you recieve 700 bucks in credits for the payment of the phone (with unlimited plan only)
Simple explain you may get a new iphone 11 free If you reach all the requirements you may get it and the promo start in 3rd cycle sometimes or sometimes in first so check your bill to see that

All the info I get from att.com you can check it

About the plan you may have the unlimited starter one that will be 140 +tax and phone price so looks like s good deals for me

For the offer like I said maybe it's a home specialist offer only idn

Hello,

Was it a gift card per line if you only got $250 and had three lines switched? Like maybe the other two lines weren’t redeemed? Check with reward center and reference that you had an “in home” representative set you up and explain the offer. It might be a special offer through that channel and not something in retail or online. Here’s the reward center info to get in contact:
