FYI people. If you are calling AT&T wireless 611 line and a "manager" name BRITTANY answer your call, hang up immediately. She is rude and NOT willing to help your case at all. From what I can hear, she acted as if SHE owned AT&T.
I've been a customer since 2000! yet 14 years.
