Free Galaxy S10e Promotion

Did anybody sign up for free Galaxy S10e promotion during July, 2020? Every AT&T representative cannot find this advertisement and expect customers to pay the price. So is the deal available at that location only?

Credits for "free" phones don't start until the third billing cycle. Since it's only September, that might not have occurred yet.

I am not familiar with the promotion. It is very specific and give the address apparently of the store that is offering this particular promotion.  Did you have an add with an address?  Have you contacted that store?

You would also have to have been on a qualified unlimited data plan. The Legacy unlimited data plan from 10 years ago did not qualify and was specifically excluded in the fine print.

If you met all qualifications and kept the line and phone active. And did not cancel an old line, credits would start three months from the date of purchase.  So for a promotion starting July 4th, the credits could not start any sooner than October 4th.

It doesn't give full details in the advertisement but it does say you have to add a new line. That means you had to add a new line/phone number, and you have to purchase the new phone on that new phone line.
