Fraudulent account cleared

Hello,  I had a fraudulent account that was opened under my name and has been cleared however, I am still getting the runaround to open an account please let me know what else I need to do. It’s clear for the fraud department and I have received two separate emails showing that but when I go into a store I’m being told the balance shows up.

We'd love to point you in the right direction on this. To make certain the fraudulent account has been completely removed so that you can open your own account, please call the fraud department at 877.844.5584. They're available from 8am to 9pm Eastern Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturday, and 8am to 6pm on Sunday.
