I have tried numerous times since October 2021 and not once have I been able to talk with anyone

I have spoken to everyone. I have no idea how I wound up listed as an account holder with unpaid bills, since I have never had an ATT account. I have filed with everyone for fraud from police to the FTC. They sent me to collection but admitted the account in question did not have any of my personal information on it. So how did they get to me???? The result  of all my emails and calls has been they took my address and are sending me mail as an account member, so now they actually have my contact information on that account! This is total incompetence  and as far as I am concerned fraud on their part. I am planning on hiring a lawyer and will have to take them to court.

That will get you nowhere. I have spoken to AT5T countless times and the rest has been that they took my actual personal info, which they never even had, and added it to the fraudulent account. Impossible company. Glad I do not use them.

Amazing that the same thing happened to you and me, and who knows how many others. This means it's coming from AT&T itself. This needs an investigation.

I was told that I needed to fill out a form. Where can I get a form to fill out to report fraud on my account?

If you call their Global Fraud Number all you get is them telling you to fill out the fraud form and they get back to you within 5 days. To fill it out you need to go to:  fraud.att.com/fraudinquiry

When I log onto my account I see a bill for Direct TV.  I do not use Direct TV.  I opened the bill and the name on the account is not mine.  The address is not mine, but I can see someone else's information.  This shows an extreme lack of security on your website and I want to report it and find out who to talk to about this.  If I can see someone else's information, then I assume someone else can see mine.    This is very concerning.  Please contact me at (Edited per community guidelines) immediately.
