Fraud

I too opened my credit karma and it says i have a collection with at&t for 757 yet i have never had an account with at&t. It also says it was opened in Jan 2020. Something isn't right, it's not a coincidence that most of these accounts are showing up on our credit karma reports and most were opened at the same time.

Hey there @Welcome1214,

 

We definitely want to get your credit disputes resolved. We recommend opening a dispute with the three major credit bureau's to have this investigated. Please initiate contact with Transunion, Equifax and Experian

 

You may also reach out directly to our Fraud group to have this investigated. 

 

If this does not work out for you, please let us know and we can have a further investigation done from our end.

Identity theft is a police matter.
Errors on a credit report must be disputed directly with the credit Bureau.
