Fraud- Worst Customer Service

Has anyone else been lied to by an in store employee, only to find out they locked you into a deal that ended up costing you more? I’ve been going round and round with various ATT employees and no one seems to be able to help.  Avoid ATT at all costs! I was with Sprint for 10 years and NEVER had an issue with customer service/billing until I switched to ATT. I highly regret that decision now. I will be switching back ASAP.


P.S. by far the worst customer service on earth. I have been promised MANY times my problem would be fixed and we are going on ONE YEAR with NO solution.
