Fraud sale

Since  July I have talked to 6 managers promising to resolve the fraudulent info I was given at phone purchase by sales rep. Customer for 20 yrs and price I was to pay is not honored. I requested original sale call to be listened to to see the agreement of this phone purchase, decking the credit offered because the agreement should be valid on honored. Every manager I spoke with, Alex in San Antonio, Craig in Iowa, many others and Alicia is supervisors of great that sold me phone was to cal me 2 separate dates and never did. This has been the worst customer service I have ever heard of. I am still calling and getting empty promises again, WHO IS IN CHARGE? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I WILL BE WRITING TO EVERY FEDERAL AGENCY POSSIBLE WITH TIMES DATES NAMES AND FULL DERTAILS OF THE FRAUDELENT MISREPRESENTATION ON THIS PURCHASE.

Please try to contact me directly  or send me # to contact you or privately send you my landline #.  I would Like to speak with you. I am in ny eastern time, home all day Sunday and after 5pm Mon thru Fri. It is too much to explain in email or site. My account has notes as to all the calls made, Please, please contact me, I need to speak to a professional. I know who sold me the phone, his mangr never called me as promised, and 5 or 6 mngrs have also promised to clear it up and call me back and do not, so please call, hopefully tomorrow, Sunday if possible. Bottom line is I was quoted price, have all the details, names, dates   I called, what I was told and nothing has been honored. This really needs to be clarified by phone call.

I have requested the original sale call be listened to to show I am correct on everything I am claiming was told
to me by sales rep. I was told this is possible to get done and listen to conversation. I rejected a large cre
dit due to I just want what purchase was to be, $5 month with credit of $22.67 showing on bill each month. Rep k
new it was not new line, we have had 2 lines 20 yrs but he said i was eligible for this lgq thin at $5 a month,
he talked me into this phone for that deal or I would have chose another. I can providehis name and all details, I also have UID# of another manager I spoke to who promised to take care of this.
