Since July I have talked to 6 managers promising to resolve the fraudulent info I was given at phone purchase by sales rep. Customer for 20 yrs and price I was to pay is not honored. I requested original sale call to be listened to to see the agreement of this phone purchase, decking the credit offered because the agreement should be valid on honored. Every manager I spoke with, Alex in San Antonio, Craig in Iowa, many others and Alicia is supervisors of great that sold me phone was to cal me 2 separate dates and never did. This has been the worst customer service I have ever heard of. I am still calling and getting empty promises again, WHO IS IN CHARGE? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I WILL BE WRITING TO EVERY FEDERAL AGENCY POSSIBLE WITH TIMES DATES NAMES AND FULL DERTAILS OF THE FRAUDELENT MISREPRESENTATION ON THIS PURCHASE.
