First bill doesn't show the promotion I signed up for

I understand first bills are higher.  However, when I established new service in the ATT store, I showed them my special offer for fiber customers.  I assumed the employee put the rate plan in.  My online bill reads as if I just walked in off the street and was offered no discounts.  I know also that sometimes it takes a couple bill cycles to get everything straight, but that requires me to pay a LOT of extra money in the hope ATT decides to refund it later.  Why not show my proper rate plan from day 1?  To get to my real questions:  Should I start bugging support already?  Is it better to walk into a store or talk to the super enthusiastic chat people?  I'm not comfortable waiting for a 3 bills just hoping they decide to give me what I signed up for.  The activation fees that were supposed to be waived are a topic for another day.  I'm already feeling nervous about my decision to return to ATT from VZW prepaid.  Thanks.

Any promotion can take up to 3 billing cycles to appear, if eligible. That's just the way it is. Bugging them is not going to get it applied faster.

Special offer for wireless service because you are a fiber customer? What is the offer and for what plan, may I ask? I’ve never heard of such a thing and skeptical it exists.

Also extremely skeptical there is a "different rate" for wireless if you have fiber. 

The published rate plans include and auto-pay and paperless discount ($10 per line) which may not show until you sign up for auto-pay and paperless billing.

The elite plan as a possibility of an additional $10 perline off, if you have a fan discount.  Is that, perhaps, the offer to fiber customers?

You can be skeptical, but I wouldn't make this up.  As a fiber Internet customer, I received a paper letter offer with "EXCLUSIVE OFFER FOR AT&T FIBER CUSTOMERS" at the top.  "UNLIMITED WIRELESS.  INCREDIBLE SAVINGS".  I was invited to call, visit my AT&T store, or go to att.com/shop0251.  It's  pretty good rate - 25% off.  I thought it would be similar to what I was paying with VZW prepaid.  I hadn't been postpaid in so long that I didn't realize how much higher the taxes and fees are on postpaid.
